POLICY

  • To reserve your appointment, we require a €30 deposit. This deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance should be payed in cash 
  • If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you can easily do so via the link found at the bottom of the confirmation email. Please note, this is possible up to 24 hours before the appointment!
  • Appointments are automatically canceled when 15 minutes late. No shows will be blocked and not able to book another appointment with us.
  • Your hair should be clean, product free and well blown out.
  • The listed prices are including Xpression hair extensions. Please mention in the comments which color you would like. (X-pressions  #1, #1B, #2, #4, #6, For other colors, please contact us.)
  • Please do not bring extra guests or children.
